In the six years or so that I have been cooking plant-based foods, I have learned so much about meal prep, following recipes, improvising in the kitchen, grocery shopping, and not wasting food. Over time I’ve realized that I want to share all the tips and tricks that I’ve accumulated!
There is no one size fits all approach to my coaching – it all revolves around what you need and what works for you. Some examples of what I can help you with:
